Doors, keys and the people behind them
For businesses that want more than a key, we keep access hardware simple. Keypads, card readers and electronic strikes each solve a particular problem, and we start by asking which problem you have. Staff turnover points toward codes that can be changed without a locksmith visit.
Deliveries at odd hours point toward a controlled door with a record of who came through. We fit what fits, explain how to manage it yourself, and stay reachable when you want to change something. Mechanical locks still matter in these systems, and we make sure the two work together rather than leaving you with a clever reader on a door that does not close properly.

The small details that keep a door secure.
A master key system is a small piece of design work, and we approach it that way. We sit down with whoever runs the building and sketch out who needs to open which doors, where keys must never cross, and how many spare positions to leave for growth. Only then do we pin cylinders and cut keys, so the system still makes sense five years and three staff changes later.
The key you reach for. The door you come home to. Good locksmith work begins with understanding how you use them.

- Time to understand first. We do not start work until you understand what we found. That might take two sentences or a longer chat; either is fine.
- A quiet, careful approach. Locks are opened and fitted with patience rather than force wherever the design allows. Your door and frame matter as much as the lock.
- Everything tested, everything explained. Before leaving we run through each lock and key with you, show you anything new and leave a note of what was done.
How a visit goes
Describe the property, the hardware and what has changed, and the visit starts from what you have seen.

01
Planning the levels
Together we list the doors, then decide who should open everything, who should open a floor and who should open one room. That structure becomes the keying chart.

02
Pinning to the chart
Every cylinder is pinned so the right keys work and nothing else does. We check each combination against the chart as we go, not at the end.

03
Delivering keys and the record
You receive the keys labelled by level, the chart and a plain explanation of how to add a door or retire a key later without redoing the whole system.
